The Jolly big man falls off the roof, and Allen’s character Scott Calvin finds a card that tells him to put on the suit and finish delivering the gifts resulting ina brilliant yuletide family-friendly adventure the everyone can enjoy.

The follow-up takes place several years after the first, with Calvin thriving as Old Saint Nick with the elves considering him one of the best of all-time. But things take a turn for the worst when he finds out his son is on the naughty list and that if he doesn’t find a Mrs. Claus, he will stop being Santa Claus forever. This leads the characters to once again go on a hilarious, heartfelt holiday adventure.

Allen was joined with a talented lineup for the first two films, including Judge Reinhold, Wendy Crewson, David Krumholtz, and Eric Lloyd. Newcomers to The Santa Clause 2 include Lost alumni Elizabeth Micthell and Spencer Breslin.
