Have you heard about Love & Anarchy on Netflix yet? The new Netflix Original drops tonight and for the record, this romantic dramedy looks like its totally worth a watch, your list, and a couch bound binge session, alone or in good company.
Not to mention, this new series looks like it’s taking a very timely angle in the cleverest of ways. So listen up! Right now, it’s expected to have eight highly binge-able episodes. But before we start streaming, let’s take a look a closer look at Love & Anarchy on Netflix. Shall we?
What’s Love & Anarchy about?
As noted by Republic World, this Swedish romance drama follows the story of a consultant and an IT technician carrying on a mild flirtation-ship. They embark on what seems like an innocent “dare” style game that challenges social norms, and things quickly get out of hand.
Due to the nature of the game they’re playing, their dynamic doesn’t stay casual or innocent for very long and the game itself proves to be much more than child’s play.
In Love & Anarchy, the pair’s playtime proves to be way more complex than any of the rules they’ve made up. As the game continues, both parties face unforeseen consequences, existential questions, and interpersonal change.
With every new secret challenge, they up the ante. Although, neither of them are fully prepared for the consequences that follow. Ida Engvoll and Björn Mosten star.
Netflix describes the plot as:
"A married consultant and a young IT tech kick off a flirty game that challenges societal norms — and leads them to re-evaluate their entire lives."
