Immigration Nation

If there is one docu-series from this list that subscribers decide to check out, it should, without a doubt, be Immigration Nation. And not just because it holds a perfect 100% Certified Fresh rating on Rotten Tomatoes. The eye-opening and heart-wrenching documentary series offers a chillingly effective glimpse into the world of immigration enforcement under the controversial and often scandal-ridden Trump administration. The rare and expansive look at the severe consequences that occur over the President’s questionable policies and efforts. If people thought seeing images of children in cages was terrible, then any subscriber looking to view the show should brace themselves for the things that go down that don’t make the news.

Immigration Nation pulls no punches and shows all the hardships that come with trying to accept Lady Liberty’s invite to assist the tired, poor, and huddled masses yearning to breathe free under a very disliked Commander in Chief. Whether its Asylum seeker’s remaining in detainment for almost two years to the harrowing struggle for loved ones to be reunited after what many would consider being unlawful separations. Never has this issue been given a more in-depth look than it has in the Netflix original series, and anyone looking for some very necessary and at times difficult to watch insight into this severe matter, then definitely experience Immigration Nation, which will, if anything, make you much more appreciative if you are a US citizen then you were before you pressed play.
