Is Yes, God, Yes starring Natalia Dyer on Netflix?

Yes, God, Yes, a new movie starring Stranger Things star Natalia Dyer, is coming to Netflix on Thursday, Oct. 22. If you want to stay up late to watch the movie, you can watch Yes, God, Yes on Netflix starting at 12:01 a.m. PT on Thursday.

I don’t know if I’ll be able to stay up that late tonight, but I’ll definitely be watching this movie on Netflix.

Yes, God, Yes is based on the short film of the same name from Karen Maine. Dyer also starred in the short. Maine wrote the screenplay for the feature film and also directed the movie.

In Yes, God, Yes, Dyer stars as Alice, a junior in Catholic school in 2000, who starts to develop feelings for a classmate.

The movie has an excellent cast. Timothy Simons, Wolfgang Novogratz, Francesca Reale, Susan Blackwell, Parker Wierling, Alisha Boe, and Donna Lynne Champlin star in the film alongside Dyer.

There’s a Stranger Things season 3 reunion of sorts in this movie, as well. Reale starred as Heather, the lifeguard who is flayed by the Mind Flayer, in Stranger Things season 3. Netflix viewers will also recognize Boe from Netflix’s 13 Reasons Why.

Dyer is currently filming Stranger Things season 4 in Georgia. Production started earlier this year, but it was shut down because of the pandemic. The cast and crew resumed production at the end of September 2020.

We don’t know how long production will last, but it’s been reported that Stranger Things season 4 filming moves to New Mexico in December 2020. We don’t know if that’s the full cast, part of the cast, or what’s going on.

If Stranger Things season 4 wraps production soon, we’ll likely see Dyer as Nancy Wheeler in Stranger Things season 4 sometime in the fall or winter of 2021.

Stay tuned for more news about Stranger Things season 4 and make sure you watch Yes, God, Yes while you wait.
