Is Hocus Pocus on Netflix?

We’re already halfway through the month of October. So, how many times have you watched Hocus Pocus by now? Don’t worry, I won’t judge!

Many have probably watched it more than once since Oct. 1. But if you haven’t yet and you’re wondering where to stream it this year, then you’ve come to the right place.

The classic Halloween movie isn’t on Netflix, but it is streaming on a bunch of different platforms, including Amazon Video and other on-demand streaming services.

And if cable is an option for you, Hocus Pocus has been playing many times on multiple nights as part of Freeform’s 31 Nights of Halloween. There’s still plenty of opportunities to catch it on the small screen. You can find the full schedule on the Freeform website.

But if you really want a treat, then you can head over to your local movie theater to watch it on the big screens! That’s right, for the first time since it first premiered in 1993, our favorite trio is back in cinemas. Check the schedule at your local theater.

Watch Hocus Pocus on Disney Plus

The option I think a lot of us have turned to this year is Disney Plus, where Hocus Pocus is currently streaming. As a movie produced by Disney, it was a no-brainer the streaming platform was going to add the movie to its lineup and it certainly fits well.

While I encourage everyone to watch it over and over in October, it’s become a tradition for my sisters and I to wait and watch Hocus Pocus once on Halloween day.

Hocus Pocus virtual reunion

Though, I do have my plans set for Oct. 30 as well. Hocus Pocus fans, we’re in for a treat. Bette Milder, Kathy Najim and Sara Jessica Parker will be back together for a Sanderson Sisters virtual reunion!

Can you believe it!? The event, “In Search of the Sanderson Sisters: A Hocus Pocus Hulaween Takeover,” starts at 8 p.m. EST and tickets are $10. The spooktacular reunion benefits NYRP (New York Restoration Project), a nonprofit that Midler started in 1995.

There aren’t many details on what to expect from the hour-long event other than the list of other celebrities joining the three actresses. But who cares? I’m just so excited we’re going to see our favorite sister witches together again (even if it is virtually.)!

All three actresses really nailed their roles and brought life to their characters. They were the perfect comedic trio for this movie. I’m sure we’re going to get a look at that chemistry at the event.

With these three reunited, there’s bound to be some Hocus Pocus!

You can grab your tickets for the virtual reunion on the NYRP website.

How many times have you watched Hocus Pocus? Will you be attending the virtual event? Let us know your thoughts in the comments.
