Which new Netflix shows are you excited to watch in October 2020? Below, we share five great ones not to miss, including Emily in Paris and The Haunting of Bly Manor.

Some of our favorite new shows that premiered over the month of September are Away, Julie and the Phantoms, and Ryan Murphy’s Ratched. Needless to say, it was an entertaining month! How does the streaming titan have in store for us this month, October 2020? Let’s check it out!

October is significant for several reasons. For one, the end of the year is approaching, and Netflix tends to leave some of its best offerings for last. And with the fall TV season starting for many networks, Netflix has some competition, so it makes sense that some of its biggest hitters are about to premiere.

Finally, there’s also a holiday in October that is essentially celebrated all month. I’m of course referring to Halloween! If you are a fan of chills and thrills, Netflix has plenty coming your way, so get ready to plan a spooky binge-watch.
