Is Stranger Things season 4 filming?
It’s officially official! Stranger Things season 4 has restarted production.
Netflix tweeted a picture from the set confirming all the rumors and reports about Stranger Things season 4.
We learned recently that Stranger Things season 4 was scheduled to resume production on Monday, Sept. 28, in and around Atlanta, Georgia. There were pictures all over social media from the normal Stranger Things filming locations that seemed to prove that Stranger Things season 4 was finally gearing up to start filming again. Now, we know that has happened.
Check out the tweet from Netflix below!
This is a great day for Stranger Things fans! We’re one step closer to seeing season 4 on Netflix, but this is a big step, a giant step. If production didn’t get started soon, we were looking at Stranger Things season 4 being pushed back to 2022.
That still might happen, but there’s a good chance, now, that Stranger Things season 4 will be released on Netflix in 2021.
Everything has to go well for that to happen, though. We’ve seen a few productions have to shut down again because of delays in testing for COVID-19, including Riverdale and more. We don’t know if that’s an issue Stranger Things could experience or not.
Hopefully, that doesn’t happen for Stranger Things, but I think the most important thing right now is keeping the cast and crew safe and healthy.
As you can tell in the image above, the clock is back! We first saw the clock in the teaser for Stranger Things season 4 last year, but now, it has returned and we have no idea what it could mean for the new season.
There has been a bunch of speculation about the clock tower, but we haven’t seen anyone nail what clock tower it is yet. We’ll be sure to let you know more when we find out.
Stay tuned for more information about Stranger Things season 4!
