The Babysitter: Killer Queen offers up a killer soundtrack for the sequel

If you are a fan of the 2017 Babysitter film, you will be excited to know that The Babysitter: Killer Queen, the sequel, is available now on Netflix!

If you remember, the first film followed Cole (Judah Lewis) and his discovery of his babysitter Bee (Samara Weaving) and her involvement in a satanic cult.  Fast forward to two years later, and Cole is trying to move past that experience.

Besides the fact that fans get a fantastic sequel to the Babysitter film, there is also a killer soundtrack that goes along with it.

Check out the soundtrack from the Netflix movie below!

Now, this writer was going to be severely disappointed if that last song on the list wasn’t included.

“Killer Queen” by Queen is a fantastic song in its own right, but to be in a film with the song name in the title is just incredible. When I saw the title of this film, I knew it had to be included.

There is a wide range of songs and artists included in this soundtrack. When you listen to the soundtrack in the order above, you can get a real feel for this film. Lots of the songs just seem to fit so well with a slasher movie vibe.

Bear McCreary, who has been involved with the score for many great films and shows, is responsible for the original score on Babysitter: Killer Queen. He is best known for his work on The Walking Dead, Outlander, and Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.

A great soundtrack added to an already outstanding film and takes it to the next level. Music adds another element to the film. I can’t wait to see where these songs fit into the film.
