#blackAF season 2 synopsis

At the end of season one, Kenya and Joya’s marriage was not in a great place. Feeling like their marriage had become a competition rather than a relationship, the pair booked a trip to Fiji to smooth things over. However, when Kenya found out the trip was just part of a shrewd business move, there was quite a bit of tension between the spouses.

Despite rough seas, the pair reconciled after Kenya watched an episode of Black-ish, the series he created. Realizing how much his wife means to him, Kenya recommitted himself to working on their issues.

Since season 1 ended on such a high note, all bets are off for what could happen in season 2!
