Netflix released some incredible new movies this year. To make sure that you’ve seen all the new Netflix movies, we ranked the 20 best Netflix movies of the year.

Even if you haven’t seen everything, I’m sure that you will find something on this list that you haven’t seen and will like. There are just too many Netflix movies to keep up on all the new releases.

I’m pretty sure we’ll see at least three new Netflix movies per month until the end of the year, on average. It’ll probably be more than that as we get closer to the end of the year. We’ll be updating this ranking weekly as Netflix releases new movies.

Best Netflix movies of 2020: 20. The Wrong Missy

The Wrong Missy is another Netflix original movie from Adam Sandler’s Happy Madison Productions and the output deal with Netflix.

David Spade stars in the movie as Tim, who goes out on a blind date with a girl named Missy, played by Lauren Lapkis, and it goes terribly. Later, Tim meets another woman named Missy. They hit it off.

Unfortunately, Tim thinks he is inviting the Missy who he likes on a work trip, but he actually invites “the wrong Missy.” Tim tries to survive the weekend.

Overall, this one of the better Happy Madison movies we’ve seen on Netflix. I don’t know that I’d classify as a good comedy, but there is definitely an audience for this movie.

Best Netflix movies of 2020: 19. Love Wedding Repeat

If you like romantic comedies, Love Wedding Repeat is the movie for you to watch on Netflix right now. The movie is based on the French film, Plan de Table, from 2012.

Love Wedding Repeat has a great cast for a romantic comedy! Sam Claflin, Olivia Munn, Eleanor Tomlinson, Joel Fry, Tim Key, Aisling Bea, Jack Farthing, Allan Mustafa, and Freida Pinto star in the movie.

Love Wedding Repeat tells the story of Jack, played by Claflin, who is attending his sister’s wedding in London. There, we see the group live out different versions of the wedding.

This story is played out a little bit, but with such a talented cast, there’s definitely more than a few reasons to watch this movie.
