Immigration Nation

 If Netflix documentaries are your thing, welcome to the club! Watch the new documentary Immigration Nation on Aug. 3. The six-part doc series that was filmed over the course of three years, gives audiences a unique look at what we don’t see when it comes to the immigration system, including pitfalls and the failing process.

The Rain season 3

Another great series to catch up on, if you haven’t already, is The Rain, which debuts season 3 on Aug. 6. Picking up right where it left viewers, as Simone and Rasmus continue trying to figure out how to save humanity.

3% season 4

 This month, Netflix is packed with returning favorites! Need to pick up a new show? 3% needs to be on your list! On Aug. 14, the streaming titan drops season 4, which is the final season of the series. The upcoming episodes will see the Shell and the Offshore battle it out once and for all.

The Great Heist 

Not into a returning series and would like to get into something new? No worries, Netflix has that, too! Watch The Great Heist on Aug. 14. The drama is inspired by the true event that was called “el robo del siglo,” which translates to the robbery of the century. This took place in 1994 and was a huge bank robbery that occurred at the Bank of the Republic in Columbia, where thieves made off with $33 million.

Lucifer season 5

Finally, there’s Lucifer season 5, of course! Lucifans have long been waiting for the series to premiere its fifth season. COVID-19 even delayed the debut. Well, the wait is nearly over!

On Aug. 21, tune in to watch the first set of episodes for Lucifer season 5, as episodes 1-8 premiere. When we last saw Lucifer, he descended back to Hell. Let’s hope he is back sooner rather than later because there’s a new angel causing problems in Los Angeles.
