The moment we have all been waiting for is finally here. The Umbrella Academy season 2 is coming to Netflix on Friday, July 31.

Dubbed as the must-watch Netflix show of July, the Netflix Original based on the Dark Horse Comics book series by Gerard Way and Gabriel Bá is back for its second season, and it’s going to be one heck of a ride. So, buckle up in your ice cream truck, The Umbrella Academy season 2 is coming to Netflix tonight.

Depending on how late you want to up on Thursday, you can immediately start watching the new season on Netflix at 12:01 a.m. PT. Unfortunately, that’s also just after 3 a.m. ET.

Fans can expect a lot of the same craziness they experienced in the very first season as our favorite dysfunctional family of superheroes go for round two at stopping the apocalypse.

Season 1 finished with The Umbrella Academy failing to stop the apocalypse. They only managed to escape due to Number 5 being able to transport them all back in time.

The official trailer released at the start of the month revealed that they brought the apocalypse back with them, and again, only have a matter of days to stop it. Unfortunately, they’re all separated from one another and psychotic murdering vacuum salesmen are hunting them down.

Among all of this, we should see some bigger questions from season 1 answered. A younger Sir Reginald Hargreaves is expected to appear, along with a baby Pogo. We did not learn all the eccentric billionaire’s secrets last time around, but there is definitely plenty still to tell.
