Yes, the majority of the service is free with ads. You have access to most of the content for free on your device. An email address and password are all you need to sign up for the free service. You can start watching right away, no credit card, or trial period.

What is Peacock Premium?

The premium plan will cost $4.99 after the seven-day free trial, and this gives you access to everything in the Peacock catalog, including live sports. You also get access to next-day access to current NBC hits, complete access to ALL kids shows and movies, and access to more movies and shows than the free plan.

If you already subscribe to Cox or Xfinity cable providers, you may be eligible for the premium plan at no additional cost. Be sure to check with your provider.

And Peacock Premium Plus?

You get everything in the premium plan without the ads for $9.99 a month after the seven-day free trial. There is a disclaimer that a small amount of programming will still contain ads; this includes the Peacock channels, events, and a few shows and movies.

What devices can I view Peacock on?

You can view Peacock on Chrome, Firefox, MS Edge, and Safari, as well as Android and iOS devices. The Xbox One is the only gaming device you can use for this streaming service. There are many TVs that can be used, Android TV, Apple TV, Chromecast, LG Smart TV, and Vizio TV. Check the Peacock website for the complete list and version for each of the listed devices.

And just like HBO Max, Peacock isn’t available to stream with Roku or Amazon’s Fire TV.
