Hell & The Silver City
While my heart was completely shattered when Lucifer said goodbye to Chloe and his life on Earth (and trust me I’m still not over it), there might be one good thing that comes out of this heartbreaking plot twist.
Since the start of season 1, Hell has been mentioned multiple times. We’ve had glimpses of it, but never really explored what it looks like, how everything works and Lucifer reigning over the demons and tortured souls.
Now there’s a chance to explore all of that. I don’t know about you, but all the mysteries behind Hell have been things I’ve always wanted to see. How is Lucifer going to act now that he’s back in Hell? We all know he didn’t want to be the King of Hell in the first place and now he’s even more reluctant to be there. He’s made a great life for himself on Earth and fell in love with an incredible woman. To leave all that behind while isolated will give us a new glimpse into Lucifer’s character.
He’s never been very patient and we saw how the demons are clearly scared of him. I’m sure he’ll be even more short-tempered now that he’s back. And who’s his right-hand person going to be since Maze isn’t with him? There’s a lot of questions and it’ll be so fun to explore a new setting rather than just life on Earth.
Another place I hope we get to see this season is Heaven. Just like Hell, the Silver City has been talked about a lot in the show from the very beginning. We know God will be playing a role this season, but we still don’t know if we’re going to see him up in the heavens or down on Earth.
Lucifer and Amenadiel also have many angel siblings. I think it would be fun to get a look at how everything works up there as well. What are the dynamics? What do the siblings think of Lucifer’s actions? What do they think about Charlie?
That’s what I love about this show. We’re going into the fifth season and there’s still stories to explore and questions to ask!
What do you hope to see in Lucifer season 5? We’re almost there, part 1 of the new season drops on Netflix in less than two months!
