A Deckerstar relationship

I’ve been saying this every season, but we need to actually see these two in a real relationship. After the rollercoaster they’ve put us through in season 4, we deserve to finally see our beloved Deckerstar happy. That’s not an unreasonable request, is it?

My favorite part of any show is those quiet, domestic moments between a couple, friends and family. That’s the heart of any show and what makes it successful. I really hope season 5 is finally going to give us that with Lucifer and Chloe.

We’ve got the I love you’s, now let’s see the reunion and go from there! I’m sure all of us caught that quick, one-second glimpse at a steamy moment between our favorite couple in the release date announcement clip. If it’s another dream though, I’m going to scream.

Speaking of domesticity for the devil, I’d love to see more Lucifer, Chloe, and Trixie scenes. We don’t have many moments with Trixie, but she’s managed to capture our hearts from the very beginning. And though he wouldn’t admit it, the small human has done the same for Lucifer.

One of my favorite scenes from the series is in season 3, episode 8 when the three of them are playing Monopoly. Lucifer gets scared of his strong feelings for them later on in the episode, but I don’t think that’s going to be the case once their reunited! Cute moments like this are what I really hope we get in season 5.

Though it seems that Trixie will be taking Lucifer’s loss harder than we might think. According to TVLine, Henderson said Trixie “seems to be VERY understanding of Lucifer and his departure. But you know kids — they don’t always tell you how they really feel, do they? Could Trixie finally turn on her favorite devil?”
