Disney Plus’s The Mandalorian has added Timothy Olyphant to the cast

Fans of The Mandalorian are anxiously and patiently waiting for the next installment of the series. Exciting new information keeps popping up regarding the series, and now Disney Plus has announced that Timothy Olyphant will join the cast.

It is unclear precisely what Olyphant’s character will be in the series, but the man is outstanding at most any role he plays.

Recently, he starred in Netflix’s Santa Clarita Diet alongside Drew Barrymore, and the series was well received. The pair played a married couple that works as realtors, and then something dramatic happens in their lives causing them to go down a road of death and destruction.

Before that, he played Raylan Givens on the series Justified as a US Marshall who committed a justified killing. After that, he was sent back to his hometown, which he had escaped from and was none too excited to return to.  He portrayed this dedicated but whimsical character to perfection.

His first feature film role was in The First Wives Club in 1996. He played an eager young director. From then, he went on to star in Scream 2, Rock Star, Catch and Release, and Hitman, to name only a few of the projects he was involved in.

He was even cast in two episodes of The Office. He played Danny Cordray, the hunky traveling salesman who just didn’t understand the inner working of Dunder Mifflin.

If you check out social media, the addition of Olyphant to The Mandalorian cast has caused much excitement.

The Mandalorian is adding in a lot of new talent for the next season. Fans are excited about the additions.
