Shield Wall! Prepare yourself! The Last Kingdom season 4 is coming to Netflix tonight. Where will Uhtred’s destiny take him this time?

Will Uhtred find his way back home to Bebbanburg? How will the Kingdom of Wessex and the dream of a united England pan out now that Alfred is gone? The Last Kingdom season 4 is going to be unlike any other season we have had so far and it kicks off tonight on Netflix.

For those of you who plan on staying up until the moment it drops on Netflix, The Last Kingdom season 4 will be officially dropped at 3:01 am ET. For those of you on the West Coast, it will be 12:01 am PT.

Season 3 concluded with a lot of the big players coming out of the series. Along with Alfred’s death and Edward being assumed king. Ragnor the Younger was killed by Aethelwold in his sleep. Aethelwold was then subsequently killed by Uhtred as he helped his brother make his way to Valhalla.

With all the changes throughout the country grapples for power will no doubt ensue and encompass our main characters. It will also introduce some new characters as well.

If you haven’t watched it yet, The Last Kingdom season 4 trailer has been available to watch online. It gives us a great look at what we can expect throughout the season, along with the faces of the series as well.

What is clear from the trailer is we will be returning to Bebbanburg. Will Uhtred finally get back? Well, we’ll see what happens.

We can also expect some major battles to happen as well. Both on land and sea.

All of the new episodes will be dropping at once on Netflix. There will be a total of 10 episodes to binge-watch. The same amount as last season.
