20 Marvel stories we’d like to see come to life on Disney Plus

These Marvel Comics stories are perfect for Disney Plus, including Dark Phoenix, Avengers vs. X-Men and more!

You have to love Disney Plus. They’ve given fans of the Marvel Cinematic Universe a new platform. We can enjoy more stories from the MCU without going to the movies. Instead of wondering what’s happening in between films, we’ll get programs to fill in the gaps.

For example, when Loki disappeared during Avengers: Endgame, where did he go? We’ll see what happens in Loki. How is Wanda dealing with Vision’s death? Check out WandaVision. How are Sam Wilson and Bucky adjusting to Steve Rogers retiring? The Falcon and the Winter Soldier have that covered.

These are only a few examples. There will certainly be more as time goes on. We’re getting more than just stories that connect the Marvel Cinematic Universe. We can get other Marvel Comics’ stories as well.

The good thing about Disney Plus is they can do more than just MCU stories. There are hundreds of stories from Marvel Comics that can be told. There’s the original Secret Wars from 1984, the X-Men crossover X-Cutioner’s Song, or something newer like Secret Empire. Some of the stories that are told can be done in seasons as well.

Not having a time restriction means nothing important has to be left out. It would be cool to have X-Cutioner’s Song broken up in three or four separate seasons. This is a long story that would keep viewers anticipating each season.
