You season 2 kicks things up a notch in episode 4, “The Good, the Bad, & the Hendy”! Here are the top 5 most shocking moments. Spoilers ahead.

The first episode of You season 2 concludes with shocking reveals. Joe Goldberg is still up to his same old tricks, trying to convince himself he’s be a good and better person. Episodes two and three are slow, building up the story, but the gloves are off in episode 4, “The Good, the Bad, & the Hendy.” Consider this your final spoiler warning if you are not caught up on the series!

As we continue to see flashbacks of Joe’s childhood, we feel more and more for him. Can someone just love him already? Unconditionally? It’s sad, truly. Make no mistake, this isn’t an excuse for his cruel and obsessive actions from season 1 (or this season). But we can still understand his behavior more because of the flashbacks.

In an attempt to redeem himself, Joe believes he is making all the right moves. He plans on freeing Will, is being careful around Love, and is trying to stop Henderson from harming any more young girls.

That said, episode 4 is rather shocking and leaves us wanting to rush to finish the series! Here are the most shocking moments from episode 4 of You season 2:

1. Ellie and Henderson

While doing some laundry, Joe catches Ellie and Delilah chatting about Henderson. Ellie makes it clear to her sister Delilah that she is staying away from Henderson. Hearing this pleases Joe, a job well done, he thinks to himself. But later, he regrets trying to out-tech a teenager.

As it turns out, Ellie was quick to catch the spyware on her phone that Joe installed. She deactivated it in order to continue texting Henderson. To find out what they’ve been texting about and when they are meeting up next, Joe (with Will’s help) hacks Henderson’s stolen computer.
