A list of five good Netflix shows to watch this weekend, Nov. 2 and 3, including Atypical season 3, Daybreak and more!

It’s been a great week and change for new Netflix shows, and that means you have some binge-watching to do this weekend.

Below, we shared a list of five Netflix shows, all Netflix originals, to watch on the streaming service this weekend, and four of them are new this week!

Daybreak

Daybreak just premiered on Netflix on Thursday, Oct. 24, and it’s the best new show on Netflix since Unbelievable hit Netflix in September. Daybreak is based on the comics of the same name by Brian Ralph.

The story follows a small group of teens who survived a nuclear bomb in Glendale, California. To survive, factions of survivors based on high school cliques have emerged, including the jocks, cheerleaders, nerds, 4H kids, etc.

Josh Wheeler, played by Colin Ford, fits in none of those groups. He’s just trying to survive and find the love of his life, Sam, played by Sophie Simnett.

This show is awesome, and you’ll fall in love with the main characters, especially Wesley (Austin Crute), Angelica (Alyvia Alyn Lind), and the Witch (Krysta Rodriguez). Matthew Broderick also stars in the series. What more could you want in this high school post-apocalyptic horror series?

Atypical

Atypical season 3 is now on Netflix! The new season was added to the streaming service on Friday, Nov. 1.

In the new season, everything is different, but it also remains some of the same. Sam goes off to college and is facing new challenges with the transition. Casey is still trying to figure out her relationships, and Doug and Elsa are trying to move through mistakes that were made in the past.

Check out the new season this weekend!

Queer Eye: We’re in Japan

Queer Eye is back this week, and this time, they’re in Japan. There are four new episodes of the series available to stream on Netflix. For some reason, it’s separate from the regular series, so make sure you are looking in the right place on Netflix!

The Great British Baking Show

The Great British Baking Show is also a top pick to watch on Netflix this week. If you like food competition shows, this is the show for you. Every week bakers bake cakes, pastries, and all sorts of things for judges Paul Hollywood and Prue Leith.

The finale of Collection 7 was just added to Netflix this week, so this is great news for those who have been following along all season.

There are seven full seasons of the show on Netflix, and there are even more specials with the hosts and stars of the series on Netflix.

The End of the F***ing World

The End of the F***ing World season 2 premieres on Netflix on Tuesday, Nov. 5. It’s been a really long time since the first season was released on Netflix in early 2018. Now is the time to watch or re-watch this series on Netflix before the new season comes out.

I have no idea what the new season is about, but from the trailer, it seems to be focusing a lot on Alyssa’s story.
