Canceled after: 6 seasons

I know what you’re thinking, at least BoJack Horseman received six seasons, right? That’s definitely more than most shows on this list. But no, my friends. BoJack Horseman deserved the world! And if you haven’t seen the animated comedy, you are truly missing out on something great!

Don’t turn away simply because this is an animated series, this is only for adults to tune in! It was created by Raphael Bob-Waksberg and follows BoJack (voiced by Will Arnett), other voices include Amy Sedaris, Alison Brie, and Aaron Paul. BoJack Horseman made its debut on August 2014 and even included a Christmas special that same year.

BoJack takes place in an alternate world where humans and anthropomorphic animals coexist. If that’s weird to you, it’s only the beginning! Bojack is a washed-up star from the 90s struggling to keep up with the modern world. It may sound like the tired script for other shows and even movies, but with Bojack being an animated series, the lengths it can go are greater. Basically as far as the imagination can!

The animated series also provides a lot of fun side characters such as BoJack’s ghostwriter Diane Nguyen, his on and off girlfriend Princess Carolyn, and roommate Todd.

Six seasons are currently out, and there’s another set of episodes arriving on Jan. 31, 2020, since season 6 was split in two parts.
