If you aren’t watching this show but are a fan of singing competitions like The Voice, American Idol, etc., this is the show for you. Basically, it’s a show that’s trying to find the next great rapper and hip-hop star. It’s a solid binge-watch!
This is unlike any other Netflix show, really, ever. First of all, it’s a musical competition series, and Netflix has not done that before. Overall, it seems like it’s getting lots of good buzz and it’s starting to pick up a few fans.
Netflix is also releasing this show in a weird way that they haven’t done before. Usually, Netflix releases new episodes at one time, or they drop one new episode per week. This show is being released in three or four-episode batches, which is a very interesting way to do it.
There’s a reason for this, and I’m guessing that’s because people typically watch three or four episodes in one sitting. It’s interesting to see how this show and its release model will impact other Netflix shows.
The final three episodes of Rhythm and Flow are coming to Netflix on Wednesday, Oct. 23, including the season finale. Don’t fall too far behind!
