A list of nine good Netflix movies and shows to watch this weekend (Oct. 4-6), including The Walking Dead, Big Mouth, Riverdale and more.

There are a bunch of new Netflix movies and shows to watch this week! In the last week, there have been more than a few must-see Netflix originals. Plus, with fall TV in full swing, there are several shows that you need to catch up on before their new season premieres!

This weekend, we picked nine good Netflix movies and shows for you to watch. Let’s get the list started with one of Netflix’s best animated comedies!

Big Mouth

Big Mouth season 3 is now on Netflix! The new season premiered on Friday, Oct. 4. And, we just got some big news that there’s a Big Mouth spinoff in the works that will focus on the monsters! Stay tuned for more news about Human Resources!

Scream

If you need a movie to watch this Halloween, Scream is the movie for you! The movie premiered in 1996, and it’s directed by horror legend Wes Craven. Some believe Scream changed the horror industry forever with its satirical take on the slasher genre.

All four Scream movies are now on Netflix, along with all three seasons of the TV show!

Breaking Bad

El Camino: A Breaking Bad Movie is coming to Netflix on Friday, Oct. 11. The film tells the story of Jesse Pinkman’s journey following the events of the series finale. If you need a refresher on what happened, check out the final season this weekend!

Peaky Blinders

Peaky Blinders season 5 is now on Netflix. The latest season was added to the streaming service on Friday, Oct. 4. The new season picks up a few years after the season 4 finale on Black Tuesday, the day the stock market crashed in 1929.

All five seasons are now on Netflix!

In the Tall Grass

In the Tall Grass is the latest Stephen King story to become a new movie. King wrote the story with his son, Joe Hill. The film, like Big Mouth and Peaky Blinders, premiered on Netflix on Oct. 4.

The film tells the story of two siblings who venture out in a field with tall grass, obviously, and quickly realize things aren’t quite as they seem!

Raising Dion

Raising Dion is Netflix’s latest series based on a comic book. This story follows a kid, Dion, who has superpowers and the lengths his mother will go to protect him. Michael B. Jordan produced this project and also starred in the series, along with Alisha Wainwright, Jason Ritter, Jasmyn Simon, Sammi Haney, and Ja’Siah Young.

The Walking Dead

The Walking Dead season 10 premieres on Sunday, Oct. 6! If you aren’t caught up yet, you can do so on Netflix. Right now, the first nine seasons of the series are streaming on Netflix!

Riverdale

Riverdale season 4 premieres on The CW on Friday, Oct. 9! If you need to get caught up, you can watch the first three seasons on Netflix right now.

In addition to Riverdale, all the major CW shows are coming back next week, including The Flash, Arrow, Supergirl, Supernatural and more! Make sure you are caught up before all those shows return for new episodes.

In The Shadow of The Moon

Netflix’s new thriller In the Shadow of the Moon premiered on Netflix last weekend. The film stars Boyd Holbrook, Michael C. Hall, and Cleopatra Coleman.

In the film, a detective tries to find a serial killer who strikes every nine years. It’s not what you think!
