These days, we’re obsessed with anniversaries. At least, we’re much more aware of them than we used to be and keep track of them accordingly. And it’s not even just the milestone anniversaries. A popular film, song, album or show’s 17th anniversary could be celebrated on Twitter, and the tweet will get thousands of likes. The Time Traveler’s Wife turned 10 this August, and it’s coming to Netflix this October as a formal celebration. Retweet that.

Based on the 2003 novel of the same name by Audrey Niffenegger, The Time Traveler’s Wife stars Eric Bana as Henry DeTramble, a Chicago librarian who suffers a rare (and fictional) genetic disorder that causes an uncontrollable shift through time. During one of his travels through time, he falls in love with and marries Claire (Rachel McAdams), but their romance and life together hit obvious complications due to Henry’s unfortunate powerlessness to remain in one place and time.

The Time Traveler’s Wife comes from director Robert Schwentke, who also directed Flightplan, Red, R.I.P.D., The Divergent Series: Insurgent and The Divergent Series: Allegiant. The film posted a stellar debut in its opening weekend with $19.2 million and went on to gross $101.3 million worldwide in spite of mixed reception from critics. On the strength of its leading stars, the film was of a few romantic drama hits of that time. Relive the magic when it hit Netflix this month.
