Disney Plus is now available for pre-order ahead of the launch date on Nov. 12, 2019. You can pay $6.99 per month or $69.99 per year to pre-order Disney Plus!
You can now pre-order Disney Plus!
As the 71st Annual Emmys were finally underway, Disney announced fans can now pre-order the streaming service via one of the first commercials of the night during the Emmys. There was also the major blitz from all the Disney social media account with links to the Disney Plus pre-order, and we’ve shared the tweet from the official Disney Plus Twitter account below.
If you wish to pre-order, there are two sign-up options for Disney Plus. You can pay $69.99 for the full year, or you can sign up for $6.99 monthly. Obviously, the year-long subscription is going to save you some money, about $15 when it’s all said and done.

I can’t decide which subscription plan I’ll choose. I’m planning on going with the monthly subscription to see if I like it and if it’s worth it and whatnot. With that said, I know I’m going to like most of the content, especially the Star Wars and Marvel shows. Knowing that, it’s probably a better deal for me to save the $15.
Unfortunately, the option to pre-order is only available for those in the United States. It’s expected pre-orders for those outside the US will be announced in the near future. There’s no exact timeline known for the rollout of pre-orders around the world.
It’s fitting Disney Plus made the announcement during the Emmys. Next year, Disney Plus will likely have several big shows nominated for some Emmys. The Mandalorian premieres on Nov. 12, and that’s going to be a huge hit. It’s going to be super popular, and the Emmys almost always reward popularity. So, The Mandalorian seems like a slam dunk pick for next year’s award show.
