22. Team Kaylie

Premiere date: Sept. 23

On this list, we include all genres, and that means shows that target a younger audience, too, such as Team Kaylie. The live action comedy series stars Bryana Salaz, who fans may recognize from Malibu Rescue and she was also a contestant on TV Voice.

Production for the comedy was announced just earlier this year and quickly became one of the most anticipated shows on Netflix for young teens. The comedy series will follow Kaylie Konrad (Salaz), a rich teen obsessed with selfies. Her social media fame has earned her celebrity status and a privileged life, which she has enjoyed and taken advantage of as much as she can.

Unfortunately for Kaylie, her luxurious life comes to an abrupt halt when she finds herself in trouble and forced to deal with the consequences. These consequences involve a court order to lead and look after a wilderness club of preteens at a local middle school. She’s immediately out of her comfort zone, but with no choice but to do as she’s told.

To successfully take on the task, Kaylie needs to be more than a pretty face who can take a good selfie. Is she up for the challenge? You have no choice here, Kaylie!

The 20-episode series will help young kids and preteens value their worth outside of appearances and encourage them to find strong friendships. It’ll serve as a boost of confidence for children audiences and should be added to your kid’s list of shows to watch this fall! And, who knows, you may enjoy it as well!
