When is the Riverdale season 4 trailer coming out?

When can fans watch the Riverdale season 4 trailer? The Riverdale Writers Room has been teasing the season 4 trailer for a few days. Hopefully, it’s released soon!

Riverdale season 4 premieres on The CW on Wednesday, Oct. 9, 2019. With a few weeks left before the season premiere, fans are getting anxious waiting for the Riverdale season 4 trailer.

A quick search on Twitter will prove how many fans want to see the Riverdale season 4 trailer, like, yesterday. The impatience is definitely growing within the fanbase to see new clips from the season.

The Riverdale Writers Room Twitter account has been teasing the new trailer for a few days, and that, hopefully, means the trailer is coming soon.

So, how long will fans have to wait to see the Riverdale season 4 trailer?

Well, by this time last year, fans had already seen a teaser trailer for the new season. That was released by The CW on Aug. 29, 2018. Season 3 premiered on Wednesday, Oct. 10, so the trailer was available about six weeks before the new season premiered.

To my knowledge, that’s the only trailer, aside from the San Diego Comic-Con trailer, that we saw heading into season 3.

That means fans should expect to see the new season pretty soon, like within the next week or two. The CW often releases the trailers for their new shows close together. We’ve already seen teasers for Nancy Drew, Batwoman, and Katy Keene. That’s another good sign that the Riverdale season 4 trailer is coming soon.

The Riverdale trailer will likely be released with the trailers for new seasons of Arrow, The Flash, Supernatural, and the rest of the returning CW shows.

It’s finally after Labor Day, and that means the TV news is going to be coming fast and furious over the next month or so leading into the release dates for the new seasons. Riverdale season 4 is one of the most anticipated shows of the fall, and when that trailer drops, it’s going to be a big deal.

The CW won’t want to keep fans waiting for too long to see a few clips from the new season. Based on the Oct. 9 premiere date, I’m guessing we’ll see the Riverdale season 4 trailer by Sept. 9, which is next Monday. That’s one month before the season returns, and it’s only fair to give fans about a month to start speculating about what’s to come in the new season.

With Riverdale season 4, it’ll be a little different from trailers for other new shows. According to toa report from TV Line, Riverdale season 4 is doing a standalone episode premiere, titled “In Memoriam,” to pay tribute to Luke Perry, who passed away last spring. I expect this will be an incredible episode of the series.

It’s unclear if the trailer will focus on the season premiere or if it will reveal clips from other episodes, as well. I’m guessing it’ll have a variety of clips from the first few episodes of season 4.
