Star Vs. The Forces of Evil’s Adam McArthur attends SDCC 2019 meetup

At San Diego Comic-Con 2019 last month, actor Adam McArthur of Star Vs. The Forces of Evil fame made appearances all across the Con. Where will he show up next?

Fans of the popular animated series Star Vs. The Forces of Evil were likely extremely excited to learn the show had a very prominent presence at San Diego Comic-Con this year. Adam McArthur, who voices Marco Diaz on the show appeared at the Cartoon Voices panel as well as a meet-and-greet with fans to keep the buzz alive.

At the 2019 Super Awesome Boba Fan Meetup, McArthur walked around and met with just about everyone who recognized him. It obviously wasn’t difficult for McArthur to stand out as he’s widely known for playing Marco Diaz on Star Vs. The Forces of Evil.

Even though it’s a behind-the-scenes role for McArthur, his face has become recognizable since 2015. He’s also had parts in The Adventures of Puss And Boots and 2015’s Krampus movie, making him a widely-known celebrity in certain circles.

As for the Cartoon Voices panel, McArthur sadly wasn’t present to promote more episodes of Star Vs. The Forces of Evil. The series’ creator Daron Nefcy confirmed that Season 4 would be the final season earlier this year, meaning that’s the end. Then again, when is the end ever really the end when it comes to TV shows?

While there hasn’t been any sort of announcement made, it’s only been a few months since the last episode aired on television. The entire series is currently streaming on Hulu so perhaps the streaming service will consider reviving Star Vs. The Forces of Evil for more episodes. The odds are very slim but you never know — Hulu did just acquire Letterkenny as newly minted original series — so you can connect the dots for yourself.

In addition to his decent-sized portfolio, McArthur also has more voice roles coming up. His most recent part was in a series called Ollie And Scoops as Rudy. Only two episodes have aired so far and a third is scheduled but details on this new show starring McArthur are rather scarce.

Fans interested should stay tuned for any updates on Ollie And Scoops. At the same time, it would behoove them to keep track of McArthur’s current projects because he’s bound to have more shows or movies on his agenda. McArthur actually has a role in another animated series entitled Too Loud so that proves our point about his acting future.
