New on Netflix this week: Stranger Things 3 and many more
Here’s the list of what’s new on Netflix this week, including the highly anticipated Stranger Things 3 and a ton of classic movies.
It’s pretty hard to believe, but we’re already at the start of July! The end of June was a little lackluster when it came what’s new on Netflix, but this week promises to bring all the exciting premieres we could ever hope for. There’s a lot you’ll want to watch, so let’s dive into an easy breakdown of all the best Netflix new releases you simply can’t miss.
The obvious heavy hitter this week is the return of Stranger Things on Thursday, July 4. Season 3 promises full-force 80s nostalgia, as well as some new additions to the cast and a creepy new threat.
It’s the summer of 1985 in Hawkins and most of our favorite characters, with a few exceptions, are enjoying life during the summer. Unfortunately, it doesn’t look like that summer fun will last long.

What an awesome trailer! It’s not officially summer 2019 without the new season of Stranger Things. Along with Spider-Man: Far From Home and The Lion King, Stranger Things 3 is the entertainment event of the summer, and you better be ready to get your binge-watch on!
