Stranger Things 3 is only one week away! Next week, we’ll be binge-watching the new season of Stranger Things on Netflix! And, that’s the best news you’ll hear today.

Eight new episodes of Netflix’s biggest and best show are coming to the streaming service on Thursday, July 4. We shared everything you need to know about Stranger Things 3 and its release, so the only thing you have to worry about is finding time to watch the series over its opening weekend.

Stranger Things 3 is clearly the most anticipated show in Netflix history. Fans have been waiting for more than a year and a half to see new episodes of this series.

Recently, Netflix shared the final trailer for the new season, and we shared it below. While the first season teased the conflict between characters in the season, the second trailer focuses on the other forces at play in Hawkins.

To set the stage for the new season, it’s the summer of 1985 in Hawkins. Our young heroes are out of school and are in the middle of having a good time for the summer. We doubt it will stay that way, unfortunately.

I can’t believe the new season is almost here. It’s felt like such a long time between seasons. The second season premiered on Netflix at the end of October 2017. Since then, fans have been waiting and speculating about the new season. That will all be put to rest soon.

I don’t think the long wait between seasons is a bad thing at all. The long wait gives the creators and writers a chance to make this season as good as it could possibly be, and most importantly, it builds anticipation for fans.

Think of all the rumors and reports we’ve seen about the new season since the season 2 release. We’ve had more than enough time to go over all the possibilities of what will happen, and the creators will surely still surprise us. That’s the mark of a great series, and I think that’s one of the great things that sets Stranger Things apart from all the other shows on TV right now.
