Ant-Man and the Wasp marks the twentieth film in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. It’s a good idea to give this highly underrated installment a watch before all Marvel movies disappear from Netflix in the coming months. Scott Lang is one of the funniest characters in the MCU so his movie deserves another viewing.

The second solo Ant-Man movie focuses on a very important rescue mission. Scott is still under house arrest but he gets a message from Janet van Dyne from the Quantum Realm, proving she’s still alive. Hank and Hope open a tunnel into the Realm in the hopes of getting to her. The mission is much more complicated than first thought so they enlist the help of Scott. Along the way, they run into some trouble, including an encounter from Ghost, a woman with molecular instability who has connections to the Quantum Realm.

Hope finally embraces her role as the Wasp giving viewers another hero to root for. There are some very fun sequences within the movie, especially with Ant-Man. The movie also sets up events that play out in Avengers: Endgame.
