Ralph Breaks the Internet is the sequel to the 2012 Disney hit, Wreck-It Ralph. The comedy marks Disney’s 57th full length animated film. Rich Moore returned to direct the sequel, but this time Phil Johnston served as the co-director.

This time around, Wreck-it Ralph and Vanellope Von Schweetz go on a new adventure that takes them into the World Wide Web. It’s a risk to travel there but they must search for a replacement part to Vanellope’s game, “Sugar Rush.” They have no idea how to navigate the Web so they get help from Netizens, the citizens of the internet. They also meet Yesss, the head algorithm of the site BuzzzTube.

Many deemed the movie a worthy sequel of the original which once again brought humor and heart. Gal Gadot, Taraji P. Henson and Alfred Molina were also praised as new cast additions. Ralph Breaks the Internet was nominated for Best Animated Feature at the Academy Awards but lost out to Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse.
