Wynonna Earp season 3 coming to Netflix in July 2019

Wynonna Earp season 3 will be on Netflix before you know it. Here’s when you can start binge-watching the season.

At long last, Wynonna Earp season 3 is heading to Netflix. You’ll be able to binge-watch the season in full from the middle of July and here are all the details you need to know.

It’s all about July 16, 2019. This was around the predicted date shared last summer. In fact, it’s a little earlier than the prediction. Wynonna Earp arrives a year after its broadcast date, but I’d predicted July 20 since there was an earlier broadcast date for the premiere to tie in with San Diego Comic-Con 2018.

This was a season full of twists, turns, and losses. We had a major character death, a major reveal around one of the characters, and plenty of action and drama with Reign’s Megan Follows joining the cast.

This is great news for fans who want to relive the season. Unfortunately, there’s no news on the future of the series just yet.

Wynonna Earp was renewed for a fourth season during SDCC 2018. It’s also possibly been quietly renewed for a fifth season. However, we’re still waiting on the show arriving to screens. The cast and crew haven’t even started production on it due to financial problems within IDW Productions, the production company responsible for the SYFY series.

I’m still hoping that the show will be saved. SYFY certainly wants to see it return and fans want to see it come back. So, there’s hope that SYFY, Netflix, or another company will step in to offer the finances needed to get this show made.

According to CarterMatt, showrunner Emily Andras says that the fight to save the show continues. It’s always good when the broadcast network is behind the production, though!

Until then, we’ll have to continue to support the show through other means. We can do that through Netflix, especially now that the third season is arriving on the streaming service. Make sure you tune in for Wynonna Earp season 3 on July 16 and binge-watch all 12 episodes.
