Carol: Cashier at the mall

Carol is the classic mean girl at every high school. And because of that, she must get what she deserves. She’s going to end up being a cashier at the new Hawkins mall for the rest of her days.

Of course, there is nothing wrong with being a retail worker (who hasn’t been one)m but Carol would hate it, and if some monster doesn’t get her, karma has to, right?

The only reason she is not on par with Regina George is that we haven’t seen much of her since season 1, and she is a pretty one-dimensional character.

In the first season, every time she’s on screen, she is bullying someone. At first, it’s Nancy and Barb because they’re “nerds”, and then it’s Jonathan for his photographs, and then ultimately, she turns on Steve when he leaves Tommy and her to become a better person.

The next time we see Carol, she is eyeing literally the worst person on the show: BILLY. Clearly, her taste in dudes is not the best, although her arrogance and cruelty would probably work with Billy’s. They would be the ultimate mean couple.

Since it doesn’t look like we’ll be seeing Carol in season 3, she won’t have the chance at the redemption Steve has been afforded. So, we’ll have to guess that she’ll get a job at the new mall during the summer and end up helping Eleven and Max while they shop for new clothes.

If nothing else, she’ll be the person at the high school reunion who will not have achieved much since her high school days.
