Max: App Developer

When Max grows up, she will turn her love for arcade games into a multi-million, and maybe billion, dollar career.

While smartphones and computers weren’t around in the 80s, when Max comes of age and grows older, she will get in on the app craze and design her own arcade-style game that everyone becomes obsessed with.

As many people who played Candy Crush, Angry Birds and Fortnite, more will play her game. Her game won’t be as wholesome as Candy Crush; there will be some destruction and some blood, but it won’t be an RPG murder game either.

Maybe it’s a play on the game she beat the boys on in the arcade, Dig Dug, or maybe it’s a re-creation of a game from the 80s. Whatever it turns out to be, she’ll make a boatload of money from it and will able to move back to California on her own terms.

Through working on her app game, she’ll be able to work out her aggression and trauma from living with her step-brother and step-father and make enough money to get as far away from them as possible.

Through the popularity of the app, she’ll meet people who will become a family of her own. She’ll have used something she was forbidden to do by her bully of a brother (going to the arcade) and turned it into a brand new life for herself.

Obviously, she will always have the highest score in the game. While the world suspects that MadMax1985 is the creator of the game they’re obsessed with, Max Mayfield always dodges the question when it’s asked in interviews.
