1. Stranger Things 3

Release Date: July 4, 2019

Ever since Stranger Things hit Netflix in 2016, it has been a huge hit. And with season 3 premiering soon, the fans are as excited as ever.

Instead of taking place during the school year, as the last two seasons have, the third season is all about the summer. It’s 1985 and school is out, but that doesn’t mean the kids have nothing to fear.

The kids from Hawkins are quickly growing into adulthood, finding romance and new friendships, and trying to figure out how not to grow apart. But if that wasn’t scary enough, there are new monsters in town, and the old friends will have to work together if they want to save their town once again.

But that doesn’t mean it’s all doom and gloom. If you’ve seen the most recent trailer, there are plenty of fun moments. Steve is working at an ice cream shop and seems to have become even better friends with Dustin. Eleven and Max are BFFs and having the time of their lives, and the bully from last season, Billy, might just have met his match while working as a lifeguard at the local public pool.

But what about the adults? Will Joyce and Hopper finally see that they are perfect for each other? One can only hope! The trailer seems to suggest that Hopper is back on the dating scene but maybe that will change once the new monsters come to town.

It’s anyone’s guess what these new monsters could be or what they’ll look like. And it wouldn’t be surprising if the Demogorgon or The Mind Flayer found its way back to Hawkins once again. We’ll find out on July 4 when the third season finally hits Netflix.
