Of course, the best new movie of all the new Netflix movies premiering this June, Adam Sandler and Jennifer Aniston’s Murder Mystery takes the cake. The duo reteams for another flick together after starring in 2011’s modest hit and moderately received Just Go With It. Being that Sandler has an exclusive pact with Netflix and Aniston stars in a very limited number of projects these days, Murder Mystery is all the more exciting and the month’s hands-down top pick.

The film stars Sandler and Aniston as married couple Nick and Audrey Spitz, a NYC and a hairdresser who take a long-anticipated vacation to Europe. On their plane ride overseas, they happen to land an invitation on the yacht of billionaire Malcolm Quince. But when Quince winds up murdered, Nick and Audrey become the prime suspects in the mysterious whodunit. Audrey probably never expected her affinity for murder mystery novels would come to life.

Murder Mystery comes from director Kyle Newacheck, who co-created Workaholics and directed Netflix’s original movie Game Over, Man! last year. The film was first set up in 2012 with Charlize Theron attached to star but took a much longer and winding road to getting produced. Murder Mystery will be the latest release under Sandler’s deal with Netflix, which also includes movies such as The Do-Over and The Week Of. Be sure to watch one of the best rom-com duos back in action when Murder Mystery drops on June 14.
