Shooter season 3 coming to Netflix in June

It feels like it’s been forever but Shooter fans can finally see how it all ends. Shooter season 3 is coming to Netflix in June.

It really does feel like we’ve waited forever for Shooter season 3 to come to Netflix. That wait is almost over. The last season of the Ryan Phillippe series will be available towards the end of June.

The release isn’t that late. Most USA Network shows head to Netflix about a year after the premiere, usually just before the newer season releases. This is also the case for SYFY shows, which are owned by the same parent company, NBCUniversal. The problem with Shooter is that it’s the final season so we didn’t have a new season to judge.

You’ll get to watch the third season in full on June 21. This is exactly a year after the third season premiered on USA Network.

Unfortunately, the ratings for the series didn’t hold. By August, USA decided to cancel the series after three seasons. You’ll get to see how the story unfolds, the shocking deaths, and the major cliffhanger left. Yes, unfortunately, it’s not a rounded out season because there was hope that there would be a fourth season to continue the story. The show was shopped to other networks but was never picked up.

With the addition of the third season on Netflix, fans can now binge-watch the whole series. While it may not be the conclusion you want, it’s a conclusion and we’ve always got fan fiction to complete the tale, right?
