2. How will Helena learn the truth about the coup?

I understand why Helena has chosen to believe Luke. He was rather convincing about Allie and Will developing a plan to rig the votes. However, the truth will eventually need to come out. This isn’t real life where some secrets can remain secret or conspiracies can just be mentioned and ignored. The truth about the coup will eventually be revealed.

After all, enough people know that there has been a coup. Gordie knows the full truth and he’ll have told Kelly. Eventually, Grizz, Bean, Becca, and Sam will all learn the truth. They’ll be able to get other people on their side, spreading the truth they know and putting enough doubt in everyone’s heads.

Then there’s Elle, who knows everything that Allie has done and the manipulative sociopath that Campbell is. She’ll be able to get to Helena, sharing the full truth of the coup.

Things aren’t going to turn out great for Helena and Luke. While Helena asked for Luke to promise to stand by each other despite everything that they could do, there’s no way Helena could stand by her fiance after his latest actions. What he’s done has threatened everything and could potentially lead to two innocent people being executed or possibly just kicked out of the society.

If she does stand by Luke after everything, she’s not a friend you’d want anyway. However, she doesn’t seem like the person who would do this. With Helena back on Allie’s side, it could be everything Allie and Will need to take down the coup.
