20. The Brady Bunch

Who doesn’t know about The Brady Bunch, America’s first family? Even if you weren’t a fan back in the day, which you likely weren’t since it’s a pretty old show, you have heard about The Brady Bunch one way or another.

The Brady Bunch premiered on ABC back in September 1969 – yes, it’s that old! It was canceled in 1974 and then brought back in the form of TV movies and short spin-off series. Some of these include The Brady Girls Get Married, A Very Brady Christmas, and The Brady Bunch Movie.

All made-for-TV movies and spin-offs performed well, but not great enough for The Brady Bunch to be considered a hit then. If you ask me, it wasn’t appreciated enough and was underrated.
It wasn’t until The Brady Bunch was canceled that the series began to become an American cultural icon.

First time you hear of The Brady Bunch? Expand your horizons, The Brady Bunch is an old classic! The sitcom follows a large blended family that consists of six children. Each episode sees the family going through many things from fun shenanigans to life issues, but at the center of it all is always love and putting family first. I’m telling you, they don’t make sitcoms like they used to!
