17. Seinfeld

Seinfeld…you’re either a fan or have never even seen the series in your life. One thing’s for sure though, you have certainly heard about it. The sitcom didn’t really have a plot, in fact, that’s one of the reasons it’s a memorable series. Seinfield simply followed the everyday happenings of its characters and that was enough entertainment. This isn’t to say the series wasn’t great. Sometimes, simplicity is all you need.

Seinfeld starred Jason Alexander, Jerry Seinfeld, Julia Louis-Dreyfus, and Michael Richards and premieres in 1989. All four characters remained an important part of the series throughout all nine seasons.

E! has named Seinfeld the “Number 1 reasons the ‘90s ruled,” and they’re not wrong. Sure, I didn’t watch it in the 90s, but the rerun episodes I’ve been able to catch are entertaining and nostalgic. I’m also a huge fan of Julia Louis-Dreyfus today, and seeing her back in the day at the start of her fame is a lot of fun.

If anything, Seinfeld should be seen today to remind us all about the simple times and as an escape from a now hectic world. So where can you watch Seinfeld if it’s not available on Netflix? Well, by now you know the rules, if it’s not streaming on Netflix, it’s likely on Hulu – and that’s where Seinfeld is!
