Need a pick-me-up after watching Avengers: Endgame? Netflix may just have what you need!

Avengers: Endgame has arrived, sending fans into a phase of depression and denial that, after 11 years and over 20 movies, the end of an era is here. Despite more Marvel Cinematic Universe chapters ahead, the franchise will never be the same. If that’s a thought you are struggling with, you’re not alone! This is something most MCU fans have been dealing with since watching the movie in theaters.

There’s also the fact that some beloved characters suffer a worse fate than others. But before we dig any deeper: Spoiler Alert! If you haven’t seen Avengers: Endgame, first — what are you waiting for? Second — please note there are spoilers ahead…

Did your favorite character not make it out of Endgame? I feel your pain. The blues aren’t any easier to deal with if you’re also a fan of Game of Thrones, the latest episode is an intense one that also brought with it the death of a few fan favorites.

That said, we all need a pick-me-up and there’s no better place to turn to for laughs than Netflix! We’re bringing you our best recommendations to watch to forget all about your MCU blues. Included in our list are classic comedies, mysteries, and shows that’ll give you nostalgia.

There are also a few shows on Netflix we suggest you avoid, though. While stand-up comedies seem like an obvious go-to during tough times, these only last 90 minutes or less. Unless you have 2 or 3 you’re interested in watching, you’ll find yourself grieving quickly after.

Finally, I also wouldn’t suggest watching Avengers: Infinity War, which is one of the final Marvel movies that made it to the streaming service. Knowing what’s to come, it’s only more depressing watching our heroes fight Thanos. Not to mention, Doctor Strange telling Iron Man “there was no other way,” knowing very well now what he means, is pretty heartbreaking.

Instead, here’s what you need to watch on Netflix:
