It’s here! The highly anticipated Ted Bundy biopic is here. We’ve known about it for some time now and are really excited to see how this comes out.

Zac Efron is a million miles away from his time in High School Musical, in a good way, in this Netflix original, Extremely Wicked, Shockingly Vile and Evil, where he plays Ted Bundy, the infamous American serial killer.

Along with Efrom Lily Collins, who will be playing Elizabeth Kloepfer, Ted Bundy’s longtime girlfriend, also stars in the film. James Hetfield plays Bob Hayward, the Utah Highway Patrol trooper who arrested Bundy in 1975. Jim Parsons from The Big bang Theory and Haley Joel Osment, who you will all know as the creepy little kid from The Sixth Sense, will also appear in Extremely Wicked, Shockingly Vile and Evil.

The Netflix original is based on the true events of the infamous serial killer. Interestingly, the story is being told through the perspective of Elizabeth rather than Bundy. Elizabeth refused to believe the truth about the terrible crimes Bundy had committed.

Extremely Wicked, Shockingly Vile and Evil has received a lot of praise. Efron has been praised very highly for his performance. As has Lily Collins.

If you are fascinated by true crime, a fan of Efron and Lily Collins, or just want to watch something massively different on Netflix, spare some time for Extremely Wicked, Shockingly Vile and Evil when it arrives on May 3.
