A list of 5 good Netflix movie recommendations to watch this weekend, including the always popular Avengers: Infinity War.

April is already coming to a close. Can you believe that? Before the month ends and an influx of new releases comes to the streaming service, though, there’s still plenty of great titles that you should watch on Netflix.

In honor of the release of Avengers: Endgame this weekend, let’s start off with another great Marvel flick, Avengers: Infinity War.

Check out the trailer below!

Avengers: Infinity War

While you can catch plenty of MCU films on Netflix, there might not be one more relevant to the Endgame release than Avengers: Infinity War. If you have a spare 2 hours and 40 minutes this weekend, invest the time in watching the first part of one of the most epic superhero stories ever told.

The Hateful Eight

If you’re up for a good Western, check out Quentin Tarantino’s dark masterpiece The Hateful Eight. Bonus surprise for Netflix viewers? This is the extended version of the movie. Prepare for four separated parts of epic storytelling set in the bleak Wyoming winter.

The Ugly Truth

In the mood for a good rom-com? Check out Katherine Heigl and Gerard Butler in The Ugly Truth, a take-down of misogyny in modern relationships.

American Honey

This weekend you can also catch American Honey on Saturday, April 27. This 2016 film follows Star, a teen who joins a travelling magazine sales crew. It’s equal parts drama, romance and adventure.

Penelope

Sometimes a sweet and simple story is good for the soul. Catch a pre X-Men James McAvoy across from Christina Ricci in this rom-commy tale about an heiress cursed with a freaky nose. It’s totally cute.

What great movie will you be watching on Netflix this weekend? Will you be revisiting the MCU in time for Endgame or checking out something new? Be sure to let us know in the comments what you’ll be watching!
