Imposters was canceled almost one year ago after two seasons and it has yet to be rescued. Won’t Netflix save the series and give us a third season?

Bravo’s Imposters season 1 and season 2 are streaming on Netflix. Once the freshman season wrapped on the network, Netflix streamed all the episodes and subscribers were instantly hooked on the mystery and drama.

If this is the first you hear of it, you’re missing out! Imposters stars the beautiful Inbar Lavi, Rob Heaps, Parker Young, and Marianne Rendon. The show follows Maddie (Lavi), a con-artist who marries her victims only to steal their money and valuable possessions before taking off and disappearing.

Maddie is good at her “job,” but she underestimated her victims. Ezra (Heaps), Richard (Young), and Jules (Rendon) find each other and decide to team up to track down and confront Maddie.

Imposters has drama and there’s a lot of mystery surrounding Maddie’s wicked boss they call “the Doctor,” but fans are also drawn to the series because of the comedy. The cast is incredible together, you can tell they’re all having great time and share good chemistry. When Ezra, Richard, and Jules are on-screen together, there’s never a dull moment!

Earlier this month, Imposters season 2 arrived to the streaming giant. But with no third season on the way, thanks to Bravo’s cancellation of the series, what else do we have to look forward to?

Spoilers ahead!

The cancellation was unexpected. If you have finished binge-watching season 2, you know there are a lot of loose ends and audiences are left with one too many questions and expectations. Unfortunately, the series has yet to be saved by another network.

According to Deadline, season 2 ratings for Imposters were “down sharply from last [season 1] season,” which contributed to the show’s cancellation. Won’t Netflix save it?

This wouldn’t be the first time Netflix adopts a canceled series. I’m sure you’re all well-aware of You on Netflix. You was also canceled by its home network, Lifetime. The streaming service picked it up and now it is one of Netflix’s most-watched shows.

The same results may just happen with Imposters. Fans remain hopeful. There’s even a petition on Change.org asking Netflix to pick up the series as a Netflix Original.
