6. Born Strong

Born Strong kind of says all that it needs to in the title and is now on Netflix. It’s about four people that were simply born freakishly strong. That’s not to say they didn’t work out really hard and earn their strength, but still, they have pretty much all been freaks of nature.

This documentary follows four of the strongest people to ever live. First off is the English phenom Eddie Hall. This is not the last time we will see that name on this list either. Eddie Hall is the 2017 World’s Strongest Man winner and set the all-time world record in deadlifting 500kg in 2016.

Second is easily the most famous person on the list: Hafthor Julius Bjornsson. This is also not the first time he has been on this list. He is the current World’s Strongest Man and the only man to win that title as well as the Arnold Strongman Classic and Europe’s Strongest Man all in the same year. He is well deserving of the name The Mountain that is of the character he plays in the Game of Thrones series.

Third on the list is Zydrunas Savickas. He is often touted as the greatest strongman of all time. He has had the longest career of any strongman ever. He has also won every single title that could be won by a strongman.

Last up is Brian Shaw, the only American to make the list. Brian Shaw is not only of the strongest people to ever live, but he is also one of the most charismatic. The Colorado native has won four World’s Strongest Man competitions in 2011, 2013, 2015, and 2016.

Watching four of the strongest people to ever walk the earth is plenty of inspiration to make you want to get your own perspiration going.
