Netflix’s The Witcher to be released in October, November or December

Netflix announces The Witcher starring Henry Cavill will be released on Netflix in the fall (October or November) or early winter (December).
The Witcher release date on Netflix has been narrowed down to a few months!
According to a report from Deadline, The Witcher is coming to Netflix in Q4 (October, November or December). That should be great news for fans of the series. This show is on schedule and will be released on Netflix later this year.
I’m hoping we see The Witcher in October. I think that’d be a great time to release this series with all of its monsters and all that around Halloween. I won’t be too disappointed if its November or December, though. I’m just excited to see the show!
For those who don’t know, The Witcher is based on the book series written by Andrzej Sapkowski. Lauren Hissrich has adapted the books for the Netflix series, which stars Hevry Cavill as Geralt of Rivia. The series follows Geralt as he hunts monsters.
Anya Chalotra, Freya Allen, Jodhi May, Mimi Ndiweni, Bjorn Hlynur Haraldsson, Myanna Buring, Adam Levy, Therica Wilson-Read, and Millie Brady star in the series along with Cavill.
The Witcher has the potential to be one of the biggest Netflix shows so far. There are few fantasy shows on Netflix like this one will be, and it already has a huge fanbase from the books and video games set in this world.
We still don’t know a lot about the plot and how closely the series will follow the books. It will be interesting to hear from book fans to see how close Netflix is able to stay to the source material. Even if they go “off book,” it should still be really, really good and incredibly entertaining.
The Witcher might be the show that fills that Game of Thrones void in the fantasy TV genre later this year. Clearly, the shows are wildly different, but if you like Game of Thrones, you will probably like The Witcher and vice versa.
