Which Netflix show represents your home state? Check out this fun list of 50 great Netflix shows to represent each state in America.

In entertainment, is there anything quite so magical as seeing a bit of yourself reflected in the programming? We all want to watch those stories with characters we can relate to, living out experiences that we might be able to understand, whether they take place in middle America or in outer space.

A simple joy is catching a really good TV show that seems to perfectly represent the circumstances in your own state. While any story set in New York or Californiamight be a good one, if you’re an Arizona resident (like me) it might actually be a Western that captures your sense of empathy and happiness. Alaskans may occasionally crave something a bit on the wild side while DC residents might want to dive into a juicy political drama.
