Chilling Adventures of Sabrina is coming back for season 2 (Part 3 and Part 4)

Netflix renewed Chilling Adventures of Sabrina for season 2 before the release of Part 2. Part 3 and Part 4 (season 2) of the hit series will be eight episodes each.

Chilling Adventures of Sabrina is coming back for season 2! Netflix renewed the series last year, after the premiere of the series on the streaming service.

Part 2, the second half of season 1, was released on Netflix on Friday, April 5. There are nine new episodes for fans to binge-watch on Netflix, putting the first season episode tally at 20 episodes, including the Christmas special.

As it was reported at the time, the second season will likely be split into two parts, like the first season. The second season of Chilling Adventures of Sabrina will be fewer episodes than the first season, though. According to the renewal reports, Chilling Adventures of Sabrina season 2 will consist of 16 episodes, which would mean Part 3 and Part 4 would be eight episodes each.

We don’t want to spoil anything for those who haven’t finished Part 2 of the series yet. There’s a lot to love about this great series, and it’s only getting better. Here’s to hoping Part 3 lives up to the hype of Part 2!

Based on this series so far and its sister series Riverdale, there’s no reason to think Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa and the great writing team will have any trouble making more great episodes of the show in the future.

We still haven’t heard when exactly to expect the next batch of episodes. My guess is that the new episodes will likely be released on Netflix in the fall of 2019. Chilling Adventures of Sabrina works best as a Halloween show, and it’d be great if they can keep cranking out new episodes for every holiday season.
