Dead to Me

Dead to Me is a new dark comedy/dramedy from Netflix. The series just premiered on Netflix on Friday, May 3, and it’s been a huge success for the streaming service. Other than The Umbrella Academy, Dead to Me has to be the most popular new Netflix show of the year so far.

Applegate and Cardellini star in the new Netflix original series. Liz Feldman created the series, which also stars James Marsden.

In the series, Applegate’s character is dealing with the loss of her husband. He was killed in a hit-and-run accident. At a group grief therapy session, Applegate’s character befriends Cardellini’s character, and that’s when things start to get interesting.

There are probably more popular shows on TV right now (looking at you, Game of Thrones), but Dead to Me is the most underrated. If you haven’t seen this show on Netflix, you need to check it out STAT!
